  ProBrezze is designed as a direct 14" × 14" (355 mm) replacement for Maxxair roof fans. Please note: when removing an old Maxxair unit, the original flange/mounting rim may have become slightly distorted due to long-term environmental exposure. In some cases, the ProBrezze may require gentle adjustment or “wiggling” to fit snugly into the existing cutout.
