What is your Lowest Price Guarantee?
- We will price match any online retailer for IN STOCK Scopema swivels. Call or email us for price matching.
Do you guys ship to USA?
- Yes we do, majority of orders actually ship from within the USA so no customs concerns!
- No sales tax or our USA Customers
- Due to the volume of orders, we ship UPS Ground once a week, if you require faster shipping please call or email us.
Why are the holes not lining up with my seat base?
- This is unfortunately a common issue with the Van's manufacturing standards (not the swivels). over time the seat base can shift due to wear, or they might not be straight from factory. you will square up the seat bases so that they line up with the swivels. (you can use a bottle jack)
- Please make sure you want our product before purchasing, Shipping on these swivels is very expensive and cumbersome because of their weight. If there is a problem with a swivel (which really just doesn't happen) we can gladly send another (after you send the "defective" one back). If you have simply changed your mind we will gladly take it back, LESS shipping charges and 15% restocking.
- There is no refund/exchanges for light cosmetic blemishes. Please contact us if you think you have received a damaged swivel. Sometimes the swivel lever needs to be lightly bent back into place due to shipping and handling.
- We only refund swivels, all other products are final sale. No refunds unless it is defective.
