What is the return policy?
Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before ordering. Swivels and other goods are heavy, and shipping is both costly and cumbersome.
- Swivels & Other Goods:Returns and exchanges are accepted only within Canada and the USA.Requests must be made within 21 days of the delivery date.Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.In the rare event of a defective swivel, we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange once the original item has been returned.If you choose to return for any other reason, refunds will be issued less shipping charges and subject to a 15% restocking fee.Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Exchanges:Exchanges may be made for the same product (replacement) or for a different model, subject to availability.Any difference in product price will be charged or refunded accordingly.Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $50 USD for swivel seats, as each swivel is large, cumbersome, and weighs around 50 lbs.
Most of our other products include free shipping (with some exceptions).
