Refund policy

Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before ordering. Swivels and other goods are heavy, and shipping is both costly and cumbersome.

• Swivels & Other Goods:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only within Canada and the USA.

  • Requests must be made within 21 days of the delivery date.

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • In the rare event of a defective swivel, we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange once the original item has been returned.

  • If you choose to return for any other reason, refunds will be issued less shipping charges and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Exchanges:

  • Exchanges may be made for the same product (replacement) or for a different model, subject to availability.

  • Any difference in product price will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  • Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
